As a Master Home Inspector, I can truly say I have the greatest job! I get to share the excitement and be part of one of the largest purchases you will make in your lifetime and I get to do it every day. Completing a home inspection for you isn't just my job it's a pleasure and great honor that I enjoy. I've met and helped thousands of families over the years by providing them with additional knowledge of their home. No one will ever know what they did not find. On every home inspection, I try to find as much as I can for you in hopes that my findings will give you a better understanding of your home.
This is my promise to you.
I'll always bring a tall 32-foot ladder to every inspection. I'm the inspector that will walk and climb on your roof. I don't inspect from the ground or from a far. Different home inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual home inspector’s own effort. No one will work harder for you than me. If you hire Hammer Home Inspections to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I'll give you my best effort. I'll treat your home as if I were buying it myself.
I want my clients to understand the ins and outs of their home. Let me help. Not everyone knows how a home should function. Sure, some know the basics, like mow your lawn, clean the gutters, change the filters, just like everyone knows a car needs gas in the tank and an oil change, but what most don't know is a house is a system of interdependent parts. If you alter or neglect one part it has an adverse affect on many others. That's where I can help. My goal is to leave you feeling informed and confident. Reach out now and we'll talk about your inspection needs.
