The cost to add on a thermal imaging scan is $200.00.
--This will be a separate inspection report from the home inspection. One that is geared towards energy loss and comfort. In addition to your 2.5-3 hour home inspection, a thermal scan adds an extra hour and will be conducted at the end of all other inspections.
